The biggest mistake I’ve ever made about studying is to treat it as its own thing, isolated from every other part of my life. This could not be farther from the truth. Every part of our lives affects every other part. How I eat affects my studying. How I sleep affects my studying. How I exercise affects my studying. Over the past few years, I found that if I made an effort to do other parts of my life well, there were amazing knock-on effects on my studying.
